From my personal experience with Chris he went above and beyond in helping me find a place of my liking. He helped manage my expectations during a hot housing market as well as provide advice. He also used to work in the trades so he knows a lot of the intricacies of what may be warning signs of underlying issues when doing walk throughs of a property. I could tell he had my best interest in mind and I never felt like he was trying to rush me to make a decision as I was being somewhat picky. All in all I would definitely recommend Chris as a realtor to anyone looking to buy or sell if you want someone who will put you first and help you find the right home.
